Checking in/checking out

After entering your access code, the “gates” of the AlpinLodges Kühtai open and you enter the lavish lobby. We ask that you check in at one of the two terminals. This procedure is easy and only takes a few minutes.

After receiving your key card, please drive into the underground parking garage to your reserved parking space (a coloured guide system will direct you). From the bright underground parking garage, you can conveniently take the lift to your cosy apartment.

At the terminals and in the lobby you’ll receive all desired information about the AlpinLodges. An overview board shows you where your apartment is located, explains the guide system and makes it easy for you to find your way around the resort.

On the day of your departure, we ask that you check out at the terminal. You will receive a detailed invoice for any possible added services (such as transfers), which you can also view at any time over your television screen.
