Methods of payment:
You can conveniently pay your deposit and bill by bank transfer or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Following receipt of a deposit of 50% of the accommodation price, you will receive confirmation of your reservation from us. The final balance will be due 14 days prior to the commencement of your rental either by bank transfer or credit card. After receipt of the entire payment, we will send you your personal check-in code as well as the access code for the AlpinLodges Kühtai.
In the event of verifiable, written cancellation 60 days prior to the agreed commencement of the rental, the deposit minus bank and/or refund charges will be refunded to the guest. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged. In the event of last-minute cancellation or early departure, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.
Guests have the option of taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy to cover cancellation costs. More information on this can be found at

The apartments are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; we ask that you leave the apartment and free up the parking space in the underground parking garage by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Other things that we would like to inform you about:
Special services (additional people, pets, cribs…) must be reserved at the time of booking. Smoking is prohibited in the lobby, the fitness centre and in common rooms. General terms and conditions can be found on the AlpinLodges Kühtai website. The location and view may vary from the images presented depending on the category booked.

Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. During these times, we are available to provide you with further information.
Checking in/checking out
After entering your access code, the “gates” of the AlpinLodges Kühtai open and you enter the lavish lobby. We ask that you check in at one of the two terminals. This procedure is not complicated and only takes a few minutes. After receiving your key card, please drive into the underground parking garage to your reserved parking space (a coloured guide system will direct you). From the bright underground parking garage, you can conveniently take the lift to your cosy apartment. At the terminals and in the lobby you’ll receive all desired information about the AlpinLodges. An overview board shows you where your apartment is located, explains the guide system and makes it easy for you to find your way around the resort. On the day of your departure, we ask that you check out at the terminal. You will receive a detailed invoice for any possible added services (such as transfers), which you can also view at any time over your television screen.
