Your apartment is ready for check-in from 04:00 p.m. on arrival day. We ask you to make your apartment and underground parking space available for arriving guests by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. If you come later than 06.00 p.m we request you to give us a short notice.
Please pay attention to a good winter equipment (winter tire, possibly snow chain obligation and winter barriers) when you travel by car.
Deposit
The reservation is confirmed with the receipt of the pre-payment of 50% of the total price. After receipt of the final payment, until 14 days before journey, we send you the needed check-in data. Short term reservations (until 6 weeks before journey) have to be paid completely with the reservation.

· Costs for a transfer form Innsbruck - Kühtai are between € 65,- and € 80,-
(depending upon person's number and taxi company)

(depending on the size of the apartment)
Check-in/ Check-out
Enter the AlpinLodges with the front door access code and step into the lobby. There you check-in with your check-in code at one of the terminals. After receiving your key card please drive into the underground parking to your parking space (a coloured guide system will direct you). From there you can take the lift to your apartment. On the day of your departure we ask you to check-out at the terminal. Throw the key cards into the designated box.
Cancellation
This Tenancy Agreement can be cancelled by unilateral cancellation notice by either party upon 60 days prior to the agreed date of arrival without a cancellation fee being charged. The written cancellation notice must be received by Owner at least 60 days prior to the agreed date of arrival. Guest shall be refunded the deposit less processing fees. This Tenancy greement can be cancelled by unilateral notice of Guest 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival at the latest, however a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged or the deposit already paid will be forfeited. The cancellation notice must be received by Owner at least 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival. If Guest’s notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, the total amount will be due.

Cancellation insurance
Guests have the option of taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy to cover cancellation costs. More information on this can be found at www.europaeische.at.
