Safe check-in and check-out
Our terminals allow you to check in and out contact-free. We will therefore ask for all your registration data prior to your arrival. This allows you to carry out the final check-in on your own upon arrival. You can contact us directly at the front-desk by phone if you have any questions upon arrival or departure. The booking centre will immediately attend to your concerns.
Access restrictions and distance control
The spaciousness of our resort facilities means that you can easily maintain the desired minimum distance of 2 meters. We kindly ask for a certain amount of personal responsibility in respecting this distance. Regulations regarding access restrictions for guests and employees in the wellness area as well as the lifts can be seen in the resort.
Regular disinfection of areas with intensive contact such as check-in terminals, entrance doors, handrails, light switches, door handles, remote controls, key cards, lift buttons, taps as well as toilets is ensured by our trained staff.
There are plenty of disinfectant dispensers available for our guests and staff to use in all resorts. We also provide small hand disinfectants in every apartment.
Obligation to wear masks for guests and employees
All our employees who come into contact with guests have to wear a mask. For you as a guest: you must wear a mask when entering the resort and after leaving your apartment!
Training and health checks of our employees
Our employees undergo continuous and detailed training in their area of activity. The daily fever measurement and regular tests are a key element of the daily work routine.
Safely using the bread roll service
It is also necessary to wear a mask here. Please follow the instructions illustrated.

Safety in the wellness & fitness area
The applicable protective measures and codes of conduct (including general rules to prevent infection) are identified by appropriate signs. All contact surfaces are regularly and thoroughly disinfected by our employees. Disinfectant dispensers, liquid soap and disposable towels are available in the sanitary, wellness and fitness area.

The most important information for your stay at the AlpinLodges can be found in your personal booking area, on our website as well as on the Smart TV in your apartment.
Modified cancellation conditions & cost-free rebooking
14 - 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
From 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Coronavirus special regulation:
We act depending on the situation here, but always with the customer in mind. In the event that you are unable to travel or reach us due to a confirmed case of coronavirus or because of any entry regulations that are in place, it is of course possible to cancel or change your booking free of charge.
