Can I take my dog ​​on vacation?

Dogs are not only allowed, they are very welcome.

What are the costs for the dog?

Depending on the size of the apartment, we charge a surcharge of €140.00 to €180.00 per stay. This includes a dog blanket, stainless steel bowls, waste bags, and a little surprise for your loyal companion.

Ski rental & ski school - Ski Arlberg

In Stuben, you will find the Skibase for your ski rentals. For ski lessons, we highly recommend either the Stuben Ski School or the Lech Ski School.

Our tip: To ensure a stress-free start to your holiday, we highly recommend reserving both your rental equipment and ski lessons online in advance. This way, everything will be ready and waiting for you as soon as you arrive.

Ski rental & ski school - Sonnenkopf

Located directly at the base station of the Sonnenkopfbahn, Intersport offers convenient ski rentals. For ski lessons, we recommend booking with Skischule Klostertal.

Our tip: We highly recommend reserving both your rental equipment and ski lessons online in advance. This way, everything will be ready and waiting for you as soon as you arrive.

Is the final cleaning included?

Yes. The final cleaning of your booked apartment is included in the price and is not charged separately.

How does the booking process work?

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due immediately. You can settle this payment either by credit card or bank transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will promptly receive a booking confirmation, which guarantees your reservation. The remaining 70% of the accommodation costs must be paid 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Once the full payment is received, we will email you all necessary check-in details, your invoice, and other important information. Please ensure that we receive the registration details for all guests (full name and date of birth) as well as your vehicle license plate number before your arrival.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival, a fee of 30% of the total amount will apply.
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Is there a restaurant in the resort?

Our resort does not have its own restaurant. There are several delicious inns and places to stop for a bite to eat within walking distance.

How does the check-in process work?

Our resort features a modern and hassle-free self-check-in system. As we do not have a traditional front desk on site, you can conveniently check in using one of the two terminals located in our lobby. Your apartment key card will be issued directly by the terminal. We will send you all the necessary check-in information via email 5 to 7 days prior to your arrival. Once checked in, you can also access the underground parking garage using your apartment card.
Your apartment will be ready for you from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

How many degrees is the outdoor pool?

The outdoor pool has a water temperature of 30 °C

How many degrees is the children's pool?

The children’s pool has a water temperature of 31 °C

How does the check-out process work?

We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 AM on your day of departure. Please note that check-out can only be completed on your scheduled departure date. To check out, simply follow the instructions on the terminal in the lobby and drop your apartment card into the designated box next to the terminals. Should you need to depart earlier than planned, please inform our central booking office in advance.

How does the included bread roll service work?

In your apartment, you will find a QR code that allows you to easily select your bread preference for the following morning. To make the start of your vacation as seamless as possible, you will receive a colorful assortment of our baked goods on your first morning—the perfect way to sample our selection! For all following days, simply order your favorite bread rolls by 12:00 PM the day before, and we will make sure they are delivered fresh right to your apartment door the next morning.

How high is the underground garage entrance? How many parking spaces are there per apartment?

The maximum access height is 2.20 meters. Each apartment has its own underground parking space. If you are arriving with multiple vehicles, please contact us in advance.

Is there a minimum stay?

Generally our minimum stay is 3 nights.
During holiday periods or high season the minimum stay may increase to 5 to 7 nights.

What are the shopping options in Klösterle?

You will find a small SPAR grocery store right next to our resort. For larger shopping trips, we recommend the INTERSPAR in Bludenz/Bürs, located directly at the highway exit.

Our tip: The most relaxing way to start your holiday is to bring your basic groceries with you upon arrival. Should you still be missing anything, feel free to use our convenient grocery delivery service! Simply select your desired items from our online list—we will take care of the shopping for you and deliver everything directly to your apartment.

What are the opening hours of the wellness area and fitness room?

Wellness and fitness area are open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Pool: 7.30 am to 9 pm
Finnish sauna: 3 pm to 9 pm
Organic sauna: 5 pm to 9 pm

How far is it to the Arlberg and how do I get there?

The best way to get to Stuben is by taking the public ski bus 720. The bus stop is located right outside the resort. The bus runs every 30 minutes, and the ride takes only about 10 minutes. Especially convenient: the bus ride is completely free of charge with your guest card!

From Stuben, the Albonabahn I lift takes you directly into the ski areas of Lech/Zürs and St. Anton, where endless slope fun awaits you.

How far is it to Sonnenkopf & how do I get there?

The best way to get to the Sonnenkopf is by taking the public ski bus 720. The bus leaves every 30 minutes directly in front of the resort and the journey takes about 10 minutes.

How is the fitness room equipped?

Our fitness room is equipped with stationary bikes, cross trainers, and treadmills for your workout. We also offer dumbbells, kettlebells in various weight classes from 5 kg to 20 kg as well as exercise mats.

What equipment is available for young guests?

To help you travel light, we offer an extensive range of complimentary toddler and baby equipment. In your holiday apartment, you will find a baby cot, a high chair, and break-resistant children’s tableware. We also provide cozy children’s bed linen, a bathrobe, and extra-soft hooded towels for babies. For your convenience, a diaper pail and a toddler step stool are already set up in the bathroom.

What types of saunas are there?

A Finnish sauna (90 °C) and a bio sauna (60 °C)
